I know a lot of Bristlenose Plecos when they're young have those white spots on the tail, and lose it when they get older. But I've heard some species also keep it, and this one looks quite big from the picture. Unfortunately my pleco ID is not good, so the best I can do is say its some kind of Ancistrus species
