Young male Indian elephants. THISIAM - arrived October 2002 from Paris Vincennes Zoo. SANTOSH - arrived April 2003 from Copenhagen Zoo. Unfortunately SANTOSH died suddenly in February 2006. As you may see they were apparently chained, well at least for the nights.
