Young male Indian elephants. THISIAM - arrived October 2002 from Paris Vincennes Zoo. SANTOSH - arrived April 2003 from Copenhagen Zoo. Unfortunately SANTOSH died suddenly in February 2006. (I do not know which one is on this particular photo). As you may see they were apparently chained.
