Its been around 8 months since I visited this zoo and this sad excuse of a lion exhibit still is EXACTLY the same. Well... they did put up a much nicer "Keep off the wall" sign at least.
@SusScrofa There was a little rope thing (those seatbelt type ones, like in stores) to make a barrier a few feet in front of it as well, but I saw a pair of people on the inside of that. There was one improvement I noted, since my visit in 2020 - the trees in the wolf exhibit.
