That is correct! I was told the deep end is about 10 feet deep. I'll be posting more photos of the area today, one of the close up of the pool showing the drop off point. The other polar bear exhibit's pool is the opposite with the deeper end by the windows. When Luna was first allowed into that exhibit she was having an issue with it. She enjoys getting low to kids and the salt water probably made her float more than she wanted. She loves the shallow pool.
