These are the taxidermied bodies of the couple of polar bears that used to lived in the now-penguin exhibit, named Bjurn and Tasha. Before Cai Tao and Hu Chun (Giant pandas), they were presumebly the park's popular stars. Bjurn and Tasha are the only polar bears to ever live in Indonesia.

@Rizz Carlton Thanks for all that information and I can scarcely believe Bogor had two Polar Bears where the penguins are now. That would have been a tight fit!
