Two female polar foxes (alopex lagopus), both in their summer coats. One of them is white (even in summer), while other is much darker (even in winter!) :D

the lighter is what is known as a shadow fox and as far as I know is a fur farm mutation. the blue one is known as a blue phase and is found in areas where the ground is mostly slate. polar foxes are white in winter and brown in summer.
