Polar bears and harbour seals in a complex that was a major attraction in a small-town zoo. The new 2015 Master Plan, much watered down from the one proposed in 2008, will see the zoo shrink in zoo but have a higher density of exhibits. It will be intriguing to see what happens to the abandoned Polar Shores complex as it is in a central location and includes a significant amount of concrete rock-work.
