Pot-bellied seahorse with cirri

Aquarium, Chester, 15th December 2019
Hippocampus abdominalis.
These seahorses seem to be growing nice cirri (filaments on their heads), which captive seahorses often lack. They certainly seem to be more more active and they look well since the plastic plants in the tank were replaced with this green seaweed, and some invertebrates were added (a sea urchin cane be seen on the left).
