I'm not exactly sure which species this dinosaur is supposed to represent, but I presume it would be some sort of Theropod or Dromaeosaurid dinosaur. Again this statues are in pretty poor shape, and I also believe it is also not accurate to current scientific understanding (feather-like things?).
Very obviously dromeosaurid (that is a theropod). I can't see any poor shape. About feather covering, it was universally accepted probably long after these models was constructed, and by other hand, they're much more difficult to build. (And by the way, probably not all theropods had feathers - tough all dromeosaurids had).
Try to build yourself a better figure! I just appreciate the big effort that the builders of these great replicas made in their time.
