This photo shows the entire exhibit for the lemurs, and like many of the other primate enclosures at the zoo it is disappointing in size and climbing structures. The squirrel monkey, spider monkey and spectacled langur exhibits feature only a handful of branches, the gorillas are in a small, rocky yard, the gibbons are in a large metal cage and the orangutan all-indoor exhibit has to be seen to be believed as it is simply awful. One can only hope that an overhaul of the primate area will be the next focus of the zoo, but the Predators building is just as bad and in reality both structures need major work.

While its not a complete overhaul which we agree is necessary and should be the next major project at the zoo.We saw that many enclosures in the Primate Complex were being renovated or had already been renovated. The same goes in the Predator Building.
