These primate enclosures are to be demolished soon and this area will be used as a part of the new ?African forest? section.
You can see that some of the enclosures are already vacant. Some of the residents, such as the Celebes crested macaques, have been or will be transferred to other zoos; others will be moved to other enclosures within the zoo; and others will be kept off exhibit.
