They pulled him for hand rearing for just this purpose. His older sibling Oakleigh or Luna whatever the zoo is calling him today, was parent reared so couldn't be used for outreach. Spencer and Jemmia shouldn't be breeding because they are over represented. The only reason to breed them is to get an outreach animal who will never be used in breeding. They cannot find a home for Oakleigh/Luna because he is virtually worthless genetically speaking.
