Funnily enough I was photographing this unusual species at Tropiquaria today. This is the only collection in the world to display this species (according to Zootierliste), although I am sure that private aquarists around the world are keeping them too. I haven't even downloaded my photos yet, but the specimens there had a lovely golden colour, which these fishes have yet to develope as I presume they are young stock in a dealer's tank.
@gentle lemur the animals in this photo are adolescents, the environment may have a role to play, some of the animals when kept in their quarantine tank did display the golden-yellow coloration (most of those got sent to Singapore's only National History Museum, however).
