The one catching the fish is a Sea Eagle - if this is the same bird, then obviously that's what it is although the markings in this photo look more like a Black-Shouldered Kite.
It is the same bird as seen taking off with a fish on the second photo, it was the first time I witnessed this type of thing in the wild. It wasn't big so I guess it may not have been an eagle, but I really should let others determine this.
