The entrance to this tunnel is gaudy, ugly and designed in-house rather than by a top-notch zoo architectural firm like many of Oregon's best exhibits. The best thing about the tunnel is that it is a novel entrance to what will be a fairly large orang/gibbon exhibit, and there are numerous peep-holes for visitors to see the apes while walking through the "anemone".
