Red-collared lorikeet (Trichoglossus rubritorquis)

@CMP That's an excellent question! I'm certainly not an expert, but this doesn't look like a hybrid to me. I say that because the belly is a dark purple and the legs are a yellow-green; both of those are typical coloration for the Red-collared Lorikeet. Also, the chest is a solid scarlet color and the red collar is reddish-orange with a blue band underneath it; both of those are also normal color patterns for the Red-collared Lorikeet. I don't see anything that isn't a good match for the full species, so I don't believe that this is a hybrid (although I've seen several photos of other hybrid lorikeets in that aviary).
