Hypocharmosyna placentis placentis, I think they are the nominate subspecies, because both sexes had extensive blue patches on their rumps.
I think these were fairly new arrivals when I took this photo. There were 2 pairs, these are the males on the nectar feeders. I don't recall seeing this attractive little species before.
