Red-Necked Wallaby

Children's Zoo: Red-Necked Wallaby. March 28, 2017. I know the Red-Necked Wallaby population is generally considered generic, but I've seen a few zoos list their wallabies as the nominate subspecies. Is it possible this is what the entire population is and we've just not noticed it?

The overseas stock is probably all derived from Tasmania (i.e. actually Bennett's Wallabies, not just Red-necked Wallabies in general). Tasmanian animals don't look like mainland animals. Photos from any non-Australian zoo I've seen all look like Bennett's.

The photo on the sign isn't a Red-necked Wallaby, by the way.
