Red-shanked Douc Langur (poor quality photo, but it's still alive!)

July 29th, 2019
I assumed it was long gone by now, great to hear. I assume its old and post reproductive, however if its at all possible It would be great to reunite it with its own kind at zoo Chleby. Its been more than a year since two males were born and it seems to be a smashing success!

@TeaLovingDave The last baby Im aware of was a male born in 2007, I assume this is him. Potential to introduce it to the other group but more tricky than with a female. I doubt cologne would let him go though, selfish as it is.

@Cat-Man

Snowleopard tempted fate too hard, and it died about three months after he posted this photo! :D:rolleyes: As noted it wasn't all that old either - last I heard, the cause of death was never determined.

@TeaLovingDave Thanks Dave, terribly sad. Do you know how are they doing in France and the Czech Republic? Would be interesting to note if they’re still having the same issues.
