Is this replanting of the desert garden a yearly event every spring?

@DavidBrown Yes, taking the desert plants, the palms for the "Congo Lawn" near the ape house and the palms and other plants in large containers outside in spring and back indoors in fall are yearly events. The zoo has a small complex of horticultural greenhouses where the plants winter.
