Four out of Christmas Island's five endemic lizards are extinct in the wild. The CI Blue-tailed Skink (Cryptoblepharus egeriae) and Lister's Gecko (Lepidodactylus listeri) are kept here at this facility run by the Christmas Island National Park. There's also a backup population at Taronga Zoo. Both species are classified as Critically Endangered.

Nope.

I've been invited by Parks staff to visit but I haven't had the chance over the past year. But hopefully soon.
