I know that sometime last year there was a poll on ZooChat ranking the best otter exhibits in American zoos, but in all honesty there are so many that choosing "the best" is an exercise in frustation. Oregon Zoo has yet another top-notch exhibit that has a lot of obvious concrete on the visitor side but an excellent habitat for the energetic otters that often frolic in the water.
