Nice picture.Are you sure that young Hyrax are called pups,as a few of us were discussing this the day they were born and we couldn't decide what they were called,given how closely related they areto Elephants we thought there could be a chance of them being called calfs!

Thanks Zoogiraffe. I honestly never thought about it like that but understand where your coming from. I mentioned to somebody who was watching them the other day about the Hyrax being related to Elephants and was given a look as if I had escaped from a Asylum.
