Nice photo! The Fort Worth Zoo was one of the early institutions to breed Roseate Spoonbills. They've been breeding them regularly since at least the early 1970s. During one of my visits there in the mid-1980s, I counted at least 23 Roseate Spoonbills in their colony including half a dozen or more fledglings.
