This exhibit used to house ring-tailed lemurs, but these now have a much bigger exhibit at the Darwineum complex. I still don't consider it to be a top-notch exhibit because it's very small, but at least it's better for tamarins which are smaller and spend less time on the ground.
The reason for the oblong shape of this photo is that it's taken with my cell phone. That's not something I usually do, but my camera ran completely out of battery after five hours of constant use, and given that I didn't want to go home without photos of black-mantled tamarins and Goodfellow's tree kangaroos among others, I had to use a last resort. Well, that at least taught me to buy extra batteries and bring them the next time I visit a big zoo.
Of course, I'll only upload the photos I deem to be functional exhibit photos, so that the already overflowing gallery isn't filled with poor-quality cell phone photos.
