The reason for the oblong shape of this photo is that it's taken with my cell phone. That's not something I usually do, but my camera ran completely out of battery after five hours of constant use, and given that I didn't want to go home without photos of black-mantled tamarins and Goodfellow's tree kangaroos among others, I had to use a last resort. Well, that at least taught me to buy extra batteries and bring them the next time I visit a big zoo.
@Goura Well, one thing could potentially be worse - forgetting your camera.
But yeah, I'm quite old-fashioned in that I almost never use my phone to take pictures, so I'd practically forgotten you could do that. I almost panicked when my camera battery died until I remembered that I technically had another camera in my picket.
