Sand Cat Indoor Enclosure and Viewing Area

Nice design, but a bit small.

I wouldn't say this enclosure was smaller than average for indoor enclosures for Sand Cats in my experience, though generally they seem small to me. The cat itself is actually just partly visible in this picture sitting on top of that wooden box behind the dry grass/sticks.

I should note that there is also an outdoor enclosure attached to this, though the cat was locked inside on my visit because of the cold.

Good to know there is an outdoor section as well.

@Arizona Docent There is, but it´s very basic and the cats don´t use it very often

@HOMIN96 Is that due to the cold, damp czech weather?

@JigerofLemuria Could be, although summers here are warm and they don´t use it even at that time of year.

@HOMIN96 Right. Do you know what it looks like? How cage-like is it? Is it thick bars or fine mesh?

Basically, it´s full-meshed cube (circa 5x5x2 meters) with sand and some climbing structures.
