Zoomap, probably 2008. So the lions moved to the formely snowleopard exhibit near the Parrot Garden, maybe the haved included the lion exhibit into the giraffe exhibit. And there is now a nocturnal hall in the reptile house. In the 2005 map was a future komodo exhibit between amurleopards and lions, this is now missing in the 2008 map.
Yeah, I have the 2008 map and it looks way different. The lions are in a fairly new set of exhibits that includes Black-footed cats, and it's next to the giraffe exhibit. The snowleopards are by the parrot garden, next to them is a porcupine exhibit, then it's the amur leopard exhibit.
Does anybody remember what species were kept in the nocturnal hall (now Eewww)? I remember a fruit bat exhibit and some kind of small cat (Geofferey's cat?). I think maybe they had slow lorises too? It wasn't a particularly large or impressive nocturnal hall as I remember, but one of the only ones in California. Now there aren't any with the closure of the one on this map, the LA Zoo koala house, and the SF Zoo aye-aye exhibit.
