These Masai Mara exhibits must have been amazing when they opened 20 years ago...and even though they hold up fairly well I suppose that they are simply average enclosures these days.
I am very interested with what the zoo will do with these exhibits. The designer for the new renovation will be Torre Design (ie Audubon, Memphis, Lowry Park), however most of the zoo was designed by CLR at the last renovation.
