Was this in the today's Dumeril's Ground Boa exhibit in the Tropical African Animals building in Jungle Trails?

Yes, this is the present Dumeril's Ground Boa enclosure. In the past it has also held Radiated Tortoises, Pottos, and possibly some other things that I don't remember at the moment. However, this is not actually a Savannah Monitor (Varanus exanthematicus), but rather a Black-throated Monitor (Varanus albigularis ionidesi). The zoo does have Savannah Monitors in their docent and education program though.

Pottos? in there?

Yes, there were once Pottos in there. Of course there were more branches placed in the enclosure for them, but there were Pottos in here. At that time there were Pottos in the Nocturnal House, the nocturnal section of the African building in Jungle Trails, and here.

Then do you know what was in the now African Striped Weasel exhibit that the pottos used to be in at that time?

The three nocturnal enclosures held Pottos, Garnett's Galagos, and Grey Bamboo Lemurs then. Just like they did up until Night Hunters.
