Rotschild giraffe (Giraffa camelopardalis rotschildi under the old taxonomy, part of the Nubian giraffe G. c. camelopardalis under the new taxonomy), Grévy's zebra (Equus grevyi) and helmeted guineafowl (Numida meleagris). In the past the savanna also housed Ankole-Watusi cattle and common eland.
