I am pretty sure that the exact subspecies of these individuals is Saharan dorcas gazelle(Gazella dorcas neglecta), these are now almost gone from North American zoos, another subspecies of Dorcas gazelle that actually is gone is th Nakheila gazelle (Gazella dorcas pelzelnii), are these the only two subspecies of Gazella dorcas that have made it to the United states ???
