Yes i understand this, specially in the breeding facilities in which animals need to breed they tend to use this type of cages which I´ve heard are really hygenic and everything, but I still think the cages are quite small and specially for such intelligent birds as the psittacids, if it was with doves or anything like that it would be better, but I have read thaat the psittacids have lots of health problems regarding the ausence of enrichment (such as the beak feather disease)
