The LA Zoo also has one Scarlet Ibis that is completely white. One of the keepers told me that American White Ibis have pink beaks, while Scarlets tend to have darker, almost black, beaks.

The one in jbnbsn99's photo seems to have a dark beak, so I guess he is correct.
I'm pretty sure it is a Scarlet Ibis, there were a few white one in the flight cage. All different shades from deep red to white with some gradations of pink in between.
