"Inuka" was born at Singapore Zoo on Boxing Day of 1990 and passed away from old age related complications in April 2018 at the age of 27. According to the Zoo's officials, he remains the only Polar Bear to be born in the tropics. This life-sized bronze sculpture of Inuka was recently installed at the Zoo's entrance.
