This "sea horse castle gallery" thing is pretty weird and gaudy. Judging from your other pictures this place has some more gaudy set-ups (like the Pirate thing) that I'm not a huge fan of.
It has been a while since I've been to any Sea Life and maybe I have missed some changes in the chain, but the Sea Life in Blankenberge, while gaudy in some aspects, I can't remember as being this gaudy or weird. I believe their sea horse set-up, for example, is quite a bit simpler, but still effective.
