The sealion display has three sections, all of which are tiny and which (while theoretically able to be one enclosure because all are joined) are actually kept separate. Signage was for two species, South American and Californian. This circular tank was all this sealion had to swim in. The other sealion was in the larger horizontal circular tank. The third section is a tiny "beach" enclosure (visible on the left in this photo). They do sealion shows as well, of course, when presumably the animals are moved around.
@Westcoastperson oh, quite possibly. They have signage for both species (with one animal of each I guess). The other animal was smaller, and in the other tank. I'll edit the comment and title to make it more general.
