second polar bear enclosure

I would have expected some progress but nothing seems to have changed???

I was there Bank Holiday Monday - not much visible change here since then, but they've not exactly been idle: http://www.zoochat.com/1070/new-hunting-dog-enclosure-384183/

They are waiting for Victor to become completely settled before resuming work. There have been a few loads of stones dumped in the enclosure area in last few days so maybe they are starting it slowly and acclimatising him bit by bit before they move the 360 diggers back in?
