The chimpanzee exhibit in Olmen is notoriously poor (see elsewhere in this gallery) and the zoo wants to build a new one. The bisons and tigers have by now been moved for this project, that hopefully will be able to be started soon. Recently there was a post in the news thread about a fundraiser.
