Is there actually a breed of domestic water buffalo known as Rumanian water buffalo? Or are they just calling it that because they happened to acquire it from a farm in Rumania?
Interesting. Since we don't use water buffaloes here in the states, I did not realize there were several breeds in Europe and Asia, just as there are several breeds of cattle here (and worldwide).
