Stichting (Foundation) Zie-Zoo does the zoo's zoo license stuff and the volunteer working according to Zie-Zoo's website. The "Regionaal Autisme Centrum" sign references the regional autism center, because Zie-Zoo is a caring zoo that cooperate and is partially operated by people with autism.
