I think that is a Silky Shark not a blacktip reef shark, the silkies are still signed by predators of the deep but got moved into Ocean Voyager due to larger sharks picking on them.
@King of Komodo Dragons I felt like I was insane because there was no signage for them but it didn't look like a black-tip to me, but between black-tip and sandbar I was just like "I guess it's a weird black-tip"
