The bird on the picture don't look like the Silver-beaked Tanagers ( Ramphocelus carbo ) I've taken care for at both Walsrode and my privat collection and unless there is an unknown subspecies to me which is so red like the bird on the picture, I still say it's a Brazilian Tanager.
Looking at the amount of white on the lower mandible and the overall dark colouration I'd say it's silver-beaked. I think the reddish appearance is probably due to strong natural light.
Definitely a silver-beaked tanager. Keep in mind that there are several races of this species that vary substantially in hue, ranging from almost black to fairly bright red (though none match the pure red of Brazilian)
