Louisville has had this course open to the public for a couple of years now, Riverbanks and Point Defiance both have similar adventure zones debuting in 2012, and which other zoos will follow suit? These tree-level ropes courses could be a viable source of income for many zoos in the near future.
At John Ball Zoo we have had a ropes course since the summer of 2008. I know we were the first zoo with a zipline and I think it is the same for our ropes course.
