we had a discussion about this on our forum, do you remember if this was a Persian leopard or a Jaguar.

When we built it, it was for his Jaugar! I remember discussing in the beginning that I thought many of the exhibits were too small for some of the animals. I was told that Cincinnati zoo had a great collections of small cats and he wanted to display them all!

Who's he and are you an exhibit builder?

He was the director and yes I have been designing exhibits and building them for over 25 years. Cincinnati was one of the first one we designed and built. Up to that time we were only doing the construction of the exhibits.

wow what other exhibits at the Cin zoo have you done?

We assisted Barry Wakeman (old education director) on the Childrens Zoo, monkey island, and helped with the Jungle Trails - we also trained the zoo staff to have their own exhibit team during the first phase of Jungle trails.

It still is one of my favorite zoo and for me at least the best small zoo in the states.
