He was the director and yes I have been designing exhibits and building them for over 25 years. Cincinnati was one of the first one we designed and built. Up to that time we were only doing the construction of the exhibits.

We assisted Barry Wakeman (old education director) on the Childrens Zoo, monkey island, and helped with the Jungle Trails - we also trained the zoo staff to have their own exhibit team during the first phase of Jungle trails.
It still is one of my favorite zoo and for me at least the best small zoo in the states.
I see what you're implying but it's actually just 'Cat House', I'm not sure if there was any point in time in which it was called the 'Small Cat House'.
