Small Shed with Displays of Master Plan

Taken 14th August 2015
On the sign in this building talking about Development Phase 3 (the final stage, 2018 to 2020) it says:

The bird ponds will be transformed into a split-up Asian archipelago, which will be home to many animals including langurs, lion-tailed macaques, muntjacs, and Japanese serow.

Does anyone know how likely they are to get Japanese Serow and where they plan to get them from?

I have attached a picture of the sign with the section of text that the above is taken from.

Only two zoos in Europe have Japanese Serows now (a real shame really, they're such amazing and interesting animals): Ústí nad Labem Zoo in the Czech Republic, and Berlin Zoological Garden.

Yes, and I think the plan was for all the ones in Europe to go to Berlin? (please correct me someone if I am wrong on that one)
