These were fairly common at Cat Tien and they have a really distinctive shimmery 'tail' in flight. I'm not sure what they are though, although a ranger pointed one out to me and said it was an endangered species.
It's called a White Dragontail, which is an awesome name. The scientific name is Lamproptera curius if you want to look it up. It is common throughout most of southeast and southern Asia.
