The perimeter exhibits around the South American building (Canada's only giant anteaters, macaws, gibbons, spider monkeys, Andean condors, etc) are all decent but the main structure itself is quite outdated. Needles to say the recent flooding has decimated the entire area and here is a list of animals that will be leaving for other zoos:
