@Summer Tanager Houston is definitely lacking in the bird department as of late. Sure, birds aren't entirely gone from the zoo, but with the Bird Gardens and the Tropical Bird House gone, birds now don't have an area dedicated to them anymore. Needless to say, I am incredibly excited for the Birds of the World Garden opening next year.
